USA Hockey registration number and other obligations and documents listed below are required and have to be filed with SHL before your child can take the ice for practice.

• ePACT Forms completed (forms will be sent to your email after registration, must be completed before child can practice or play)
• 12 Days of Christmas Raffle Tickets

IF YOUR CHILD DOES NOT HAVE ALL REQUIRED DOCUMENTS IN BY THE FIRST NIGHT OF PRACTICE YOUR CHILD WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PARTICIPATE. NO EXCEPTIONS.

The Wisconsin Amateur Hockey Association (WAHA) and USA Hockey have adopted online registration that requires parents to register each skater’s name and address for each season and pay a registration fee directly to USA Hockey. This is in addition to completing the Shawano Hockey League registration forms and fees.

You can either fill out your registration information online or in-person during registration mid-September at the Crawford Center.

Fees can be paid online, at in-person registration or at Back To Hockey Night via check or cash.

If not paying in full at time of registration, a $50.00 non-refundable deposit is required per skater at time of registration.  This fee will be applied to player fees for the season.

Early Registration Prices: (Before August 16th)

First Year Mites (ages 4-8): FREE
Second Year Mites (ages 4-8): $100
Squirts (ages 9-10): $300
Pee Wees (ages 11-12): $400
 

Registration Prices: (August 16th and After)

First Year Mites (ages 4-8): FREE
Second Year Mites (ages 4-8): $150
Squirts (ages 9-10): $400
Pee Wees (ages 11-12): $500
 

The "12 Days of Christmas" Fundraising Raffle is also required.

• Mites - Required to sell $100.00 worth of tickets
   
• Squirts and Pee Wees - Required to sell $160.00 worth of tickets

Squirts and Pee Wees will have a $150.00 fee for personalized jerseys in addition to the player fees and 12 Days of Christmas raffle.

If you have earned money or have a credit on your account, please contact the SHL Treasurer to verify your balance. You may use this money during registration. 

Please note, any players that need hockey gear for this season can be fitted at in-person registration in September or at Back to Hockey night.  A $50.00 deposit is required and will be credited to your account when the gear is returned at the end of the season.
