Set Up:

1. Put Mats down (mop with bleach)
2. Tables (6 white) out of storage
   1. Wash
   2. Cover with clear plastic
3. Chairs out of storage
   1. Wash
4. Use (3) wooden tables
   1. (2) against wall
   2. (1) under bulletin board
   3. Cover with colored plastic table covers.
5. Bulletin Boards:
   1. Cover with red construction paper
6. Garbage Cans
   1. Wash out, arrange in lobby, insert garbage bags
   2. Put (1) small garbage (5 gallon pail) by condiment table.
7. Clean Bubblers
8. Put up awards, memorials, etc (in storage over the summer)

Take Down:

1. Take down trophies, awards, memorials - pack carefully and store in locker room.
2. Tables/Chairs:
   1. Take coverings off and throw away.
   2. (6) white tables go in the locker room for storage
   3. (3) wooden tables fold up and store in lobby
   4. Chairs store in locker room 1 or 2
3. Bulletin Boards
   1. Take everything off for the summer
4. Mats
   1. Mop / let dry / remove / store
   2. Steam clean lobby floor.
5. Garbages
   1. Empty all, wash and put in garbage bags.
6. Clean bubblers
7. Wash walls under concession window and bulletin board.
