Concessions Set Up/Take Down

Set Up:

  1. Prepare Reinhardt Order Forms (Call 526-2118, and ask for a new customer order guide
  2. Call Reinhardt (Stu Marotz 526-2118 x 380 to order coffee/hot chocolate machine
  3. Call Twigs (526-5031) to order sundrop slushie machine
  4. Set up Popcorn Machine (clean), Microwave (clean), pretzel machine (clean)
  5. Wipe out freezer, refrigerator and soda coolers - plug in once ready to use.
  6. Wash all stored containers before putting out for the season
  7. Wipe down (soap/water) all shelving
  8. Wipe/Clean steam table
  9. Clean Grill Top
  10. Set up Fryer (once ready to begin season)
  11. Order stock
  12. Set up any misc needs.

Take Down:

  1. Return all un-opened stock to vendors for credit.
  2. Call Reinhardt (Stu Marotz 526-2118) to pick up coffee/hot chocolate machine.
  3. Call Twigs Beverage to pick up Slushie machine
  4. Wash all dishes prior to packing
    1. Neatly pack in bins for summer storage in locker room.
  5. Clean Steam table - bring to locker room for storage
  6. Clean small brown table - bring to locker room for storage.
  7. Wash down soda cooler, refrigerator, freezers, unplug for season.
  8. Empty and Super clean fryer
  9. Super Clean grill top and stove burners
    1. Turn out all pilot lights
  10. Clean microwave, pretzel machine, and popcorn machine - bring to locker room for storage.
  11. Wash down all shelves well, use degreaser were needed.
  12. Remove overhead grill/fan plates, bring to car wash, spray with degreaser before cleaning.
  13. Clean (with degreaser) overhead grill hood (inside and out)
  14. Clean Stainless sinks
  15. Clean small handwashing sink
  16. Sweep, mop, steam mop floor to remove grease.
  17. Pack remaining cleaning supplies
  18. Wash towels before putting into storage (locker room)
  19. Take down price board - store in locker room.
  20. Take down all signs - license (taped to freezer) goes to treasurer for summer storage.
    1. Store needed signs, and toss the rest.
