SHL Open Hockey/Adult Hockey
Adult Hockey League:
- Wednesday Nights from 8-10pm
- Cost: $5.00 per night
- ** Must be 18 or over.
- Helmet required & other pads are strongly recommended, and you must sign a waiver in order to skate.
Adult "Beginner" Hockey
- Sunday Nights 7:30 - 9:00 pm
- Cost: $5.00 per night
- *Helmets are required. other Pads are recommended, and you must sign a waiver in order to skate.
- This is an entry level hockey experience. Supervised by a SHL Coaching Member.
- If you've always had an interest in Hockey but didn't think you could play - this is just the place for you!

A few rules that need to be noted and explained to the skaters:
- Full equipment required in order to take the ice.
- No Checking or Slapshots will be allowed
- No rough housing on the ice
- No mouthing off to the coach supervising (whether he is your skaters regular coach or not all coaches in the league will be treated with respect)
- In general USA Hockey and SHL rules apply
- If a skater is told to leave the ice for any of the above things or something else, he will not be allowed to participate in Open Hockey the following week.
- If a skater is told to leave the ice again after the first infraction he will not be allowed to participate in Open Hockey again. He may also face discipline from his regular coach or the league, which can result in having to sit out practices and or games.
