Secretary's Responsibilities

  1. Maintain all records of the Corporation, including minutes of member meetings and Board of Directors meetings, communications, correspondence, attendance at Board of Directors meetings, updated listings of all members of the corporation as well as of all officers, committee chairpersons and members, and other records necessary for the Corporation.
  2. Record meeting minutes at all meetings of the members and board of directors.
  3. Coordinate documents, including approved minutes to web site administrator for publishing.
  4. Holds and maintains one of the SHL laptops.
  5. Create a board calendar of events.
