Vice President Responsibilities

  1. Perform all the duties and powers of the President when he or she is absent or unable to perform the duties of the President.
  2. Assume the position of President, if a vacancy occurs. Assist the President in the conduct of the Corporation business, including performing those duties and powers delegated by the President.
  3. Coordinate and manage the Code of Conduct Sub-committee.
  4. Maintain code of conduct; serve as liaison between SHL coach/player/parent for discipline as needed.
  5. Coordinate and manage the Skatership Program.
  6. Maintain Bylaws and Policy and Procedure Manual(s).
  7. Organize the Code of Conduct Committee.
