To Cancel a Game with Us:
Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you have to cancel a game with us.
In that case, just sending an email to the following (2) personnel is sufficient that we should be able to contact all affected personnel in enough time that no one should be inconvenienced too much. Thank you so much for your help!

If this is an EMERGENCY GAME CANCELLATION because of weather concerns or other reasons less than 24 hours prior to game time, please CALL us, so we can have the required time to contact everyone immediately.

(If you don't talk to him in person, please leave a voice message and call the next person.) - Call Gregg Wittman, SHL President at 920-562-9650 and leave a message there as well.
Thank you so much for your consideration in this, as there are typically well over (20) families to contact if a game is cancelled, and this is very difficult to accomplish if we only receive notice a couple hours before the game starts.
Also, since our staff is all volunteer, we don't want to cause more problems than we have to with people opening up the concession stand and getting all the equipment ready, when they really didn't have to...
SHL Officials will then:
- Alert the coach for that specific game.
- Call the officials to tell them they are no longer needed for the game.
- Contact the concession manager to call the workers and tell them they aren't needed.
- The coach will call the team manager, and between the (2) of them, decide who/how all the parents of the players will be notified of the change.
